Director of Labor and Delivery . The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is a unified Department across the two campuses of
Jacobi
and
North Central Bronx (NCB) . Both facilities are members of the largest public health system in the country and serve the diverse community in the surrounding neighborhoods of the Bronx and lower Westchester County. The Mission of

Minimum 80% clinical effort as an OB Hospitalist on the Labor & Delivery floor Outpatient appointments are permitted Collaborate with Nursing and Midwifery
Administration Details:
Chair OB Quality Committee Track metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Promote adoption of efficient and cost-effective patient care
Call coverage will include an in-house call requirement monthly Call coverage may include backup call according to clinical expertise Qualifications: Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $298,000* based on 40-hour work week. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits). Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days. Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top-tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates. Loan Forgiveness: Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.
