What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Salesforce initiatives, including Customer Experience portal and Service Cloud capabilities
Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce enhancements, configurations, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and business challenges
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, focusing on Salesforce flows, automation, and reporting
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and business rules
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst with extensive hands‑on Salesforce experience
Proven experience gathering requirements and implementing a Salesforce Customer Experience portal and Service Cloud functionality
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard/custom objects, flows, and validation rules
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with enterprise tools like Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday
Familiarity with API integrations, data flows, or light SQL
Background in SaaS, healthcare, or regulated industries
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or IIBA CBAP
