The Cardiac Cath Lab Director provides overall direction to the Cardiac Cath Lab and must have the strategic ability to work at all levels of the organization. Provide leadership by working cooperatively and effectively with staff and other administrative and support personnel to maintain professional standards. Recognize talent that will add value to the facility and have the ability to teach and counsel others. Prepare schedules, assign jobs, prepare and approve time records for department personnel. Manage the department in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements (including The Joint Commission). Complete special tasks as assigned by the CEO, CFO, and Board of Trustees; provide support as needed from the Cardiopulmonary Director. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Associate\'s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor\'s Degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role with cardiac cath lab experience. Valid Arizona or Compact state RN license. CPR.
