Delivery Architect - Power Platform Architect (050803) Responsibilities

In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Azure and O365 platforms. 5-8 years of professional experience in software development. Strong experience with PowerApps canvas apps, Flow, and SharePoint Online. Strong experience with Model Driven Apps, CDS, Dynamics entities. Strong experience configuring PowerApp environments, connectors, and gateways. Knowledge of O365 tenant and PowerApp environment administration and configuration. Translates information needs into reporting, dashboard requirements, OLAP requirements, etc., and defines the ideal mechanism for information delivery. Provides strategic thinking and leadership pertaining to new ways of leveraging information to improve business processes; guides business leaders through strategic thinking and change. Designs user interface layers to deliver the required data via reports, dashboards, portals and mobile interfaces. Defines best practices for self-service BI and provides technical leadership on deployment architecture, development guidelines, and data delivery layer design (portal, dashboard, mobile site, report). Performance tunes the reporting infrastructure. Subject Matter Expert for the PowerBI product set and knowledge of Azure cloud services (e.g., SQL, Blob, Azure Functions). Knowledge of integration architecture and Webservices / data transport (Core Data: XML, JSON, RESTful Web Services). Knowledge of enterprise-grade authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, Kerberos, SSO, Certificate auth). Innovative thinker, able to envision how Power Platform technology can solve complex hardware and software challenges. Experience in integration with Azure cloud platform. Experience with Scrum & Agile development methodology. Responsibilities include but are not limited to end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client. Provide development and technical guidance and support to users and teams to build solutions, resolve incidents, and align with business and IT priorities. Lead changes to application development and architectural designs and patterns; contribute to team objectives including Cloud Development, automation practices, CI/CD processes. Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of technology industry experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in O365 development, Power BI, scripting with PowerShell, cloud databases (Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Data Warehouse Solutions), Azure Development, and IAAS/PAAS/SAAS in the Microsoft Cloud Platform (O365 and SharePoint Online). Preferred Skills

Process/Methodology: Agile, Scrum, DevOps. Scripting/Development: PowerShell, Azure PowerShell, ARM Templates, MVC, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions, SPFx Development. Data: Azure SQL, MS SQL Server. Networking: DNS, Firewalls, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways. Security: Azure AD, Key Vaults, Security Center. Storage: Azure Storage accounts, Disks, Blob, File, Queue, and Table storage. Additional context

Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape including Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility and implementation risks. They design and implement a project’s technical architecture, defining the structure, interfaces, and guiding principles of the system. The role requires robust business knowledge and awareness of all technical delivery aspects, including software architecture. Day to Day Responsibilities

You are responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a Delivery, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client. You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the Delivery services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components. Required Skills and Experience

Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree. Proficient in foundation, People Leadership, client acquisition & development, service & delivery and business leadership.
