SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer- W2 (Local Candidates only) Contract to Hire role Location: Houston Downtown - Need to be onsite - 5 days a week

W2 position through EPMA/PPMS

(no C2C or 1099).

You’ll do this →

Develop and maintain SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, forms, certifications, and tasks

Troubleshoot and resolve complex IIQ issues; serve as escalation point

Interface with SailPoint vendor support to resolve platform-related issues

Manage and update GIT repositories and deployment packages

Support platform configuration, administration, and upgrades

You’ll bring this →

5+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development

Strong Beanshell and XML scripting experience

Understanding of IIQ framework: Tomcat, DB concepts, APIs

Excellent communication skills; ability to operate in fast-moving environments

ITIL / ServiceNow experience a plus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Ideal Candidate Profile Top 3 Must-Haves

SailPoint IIQ development (workflows, rules, certifications, tasks).

Beanshell + XML proficiency.

Strong troubleshooting across full IIQ stack (Tomcat, DB, APIs).

Top 3 Preferred

SailPoint Certification.

ITIL + ServiceNow environment experience.

Experience supporting large enterprise identity governance programs.

Soft Skills / Culture Fit

Communicates clearly with technical + non-technical teams

Handles shifting priorities and high operational tempo

Works independently with minimal supervision
