Position Overview Catapult Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Multi‑Line Golf Sales Representative to represent a portfolio of premium golf apparel and accessories brands within a designated territory. This is an exciting opportunity for an independent sales professional to join a dynamic team that is changing the traditional retail experience in the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities

Represent multiple lines of golf apparel and accessories to golf shops, resorts, country clubs, and specialty retailers

Conduct in‑person product presentations, seasonal line showings, and virtual meetings as needed

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities

Advise accounts on assortment planning, merchandising strategies, and promotional initiatives

Stay current with each brand’s product line, value proposition, and competitive positioning

Participate in trade shows, territory meetings, and demo days as a Catapult Group representative

Track orders, maintain customer records, and provide accurate sales forecasts to brand partners

Deliver exceptional service and act as the primary point of contact for your accounts

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in golf, apparel, accessories, or sporting goods

Deep understanding of golf retail, including green grass, resort, and off‑course channels

Strong existing relationships with golf shop buyers and merchandising managers in the territory

Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines in a fast‑paced, independent environment

Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills

Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms

Ability to travel frequently within the territory; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a multi‑line independent rep or within a golf‑focused sales agency

Familiarity with golf‑specific buying calendars, seasonal assortments, and merchandising best practices

PGA membership or strong network within the professional golf community

Compensation This is a

commission‑based independent contractor

role. Income potential is tied directly to your performance and territory development. Some brands may offer incentives or marketing support based on sales growth and strategic execution.
