The focus of the Microsoft MDE role is selling transformative, strategic, multi-million-dollar sales of Capgemini’s North America Microsoft Practice’s professional services offerings and capabilities through the Capgemini Insights and Data Global Business Line. This role is for a tenured, senior sales professional with responsibility to evangelize and to provide focused sales expertise to assist account managers to specifically sell the Microsoft Practice’s professional services to its existing and greenfield customers. Role requires the ability to successfully employ, work cross-functionally, and overlay, partner alliance, and Microsoft teams. Responsible to initiate, grow, manage, and own the relationship with the Microsoft Practice. Capgemini’s Microsoft & Azure Presales Solution Architects; Capgemini’s Microsoft Market Development Executives and Microsoft Alliance Managers. Initiate, grow, manage, and own the relationship with their complimentary Partner Sales/Development Managers that work for Microsoft. Provides advocacy and voice of the customer feedback loops to the Microsoft Practice leadership and product development teams; Experience preparing quarterly team-based account plans to determine sales strategy and RACI across the selling team (partner, alliance, market unit, etc.); Develops, manages and reports on sales pipelines through each sales stage. Develops and drives business and technical relationships at accounts individually and as a team member with account managers, Capgemini’s Microsoft partner alliance teams, Microsoft Account & Professional Service teams. Role and Responsibilities

IT Transformation Managers optimize Business Technology capabilities and manage implementation, change and transformation on behalf of the client. They analyze and evaluate existing Business Technology capabilities (organization, project management, service management and resources management). They define Business and IT objectives and identify gaps. They are responsible for the success of the transformation by designing the appropriate transformation roadmap and leading the execution of it. They also carry out skills coaching and consulting. Their plans must increase the productivity and quality of the complete IT landscape and life cycle by using client standards and procedures, control and quality management, rationalization and automation. They use industry standards and best-practices including a feasibility check and necessary adaptations for the client. The Senior Transformation Manager has expertise in several areas of the transformation topic. This enables them to take responsibility for the execution of significant areas of programs/projects together with the client, supporting and coaching colleagues and employees of the customer within these areas of responsibility. Taking responsibility for the delivery of large areas of an overall program/project, with the client, develops, refines and realizes coherent transformation strategies and roadmaps to achieve the clients business outcomes. Where needed, assumes control of external suppliers ensuring their alignment to the overall delivery roadmap. Key contact for the management and team at the customer across all programs. Supports and leads program/project reviews and audits. Leads or supports change, communication and deployment activities with the program/project customer and develops new opportunities as they arise. Qualification: 12+ years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree. Master Degree Preferred.
