The Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The role requires interpreting information and independently determining appropriate courses of action across varied assignments. As a vital contributor to Humana’s Workforce Management team, the Professional 2 supports the Clinical Intake and Support Medicare Inpatient segment, focusing on scheduling, timekeeping, attendance line management, and absence administration with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Administers daily workforce processes including staff scheduling, timekeeping, attendance line, and absence management to ensure operational continuity. Assesses organizational staffing needs, identifies requirements, and recommends effective solutions to meet workforce objectives aligned with enterprise strategic planning. Provides thorough analysis of talent and staffing needs, leveraging data to inform decision‑making and support optimal resource allocation. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of departmental, segment, and organizational strategies, as well as operating objectives and their interconnections with related business areas. Applies strong soft skills and effective communication in collaboration with leadership and back‑office teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Exercises sound judgment in determining appropriate work methods, including the ability to resolve issues in ambiguous situations with minimal supervision. Adheres to established guidelines and procedures, while seeking guidance as needed to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in all workforce management activities. Required Qualifications

2 years or more of Workforce Management experience Knowledge & experience with WFO software such as Verint and Genesys Ability to work Eastern Standard Time Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products such as OneDrive, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem‑solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Proven ability to work effectively with leadership and cross‑functional teams in a back‑office environment. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Medicare and/or Medicaid experience Travel

While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours

40 Pay Range

$59,300 - $80,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance. Description of Benefits
