Lead transformation of engagements, projects and teams with expertise in: Expert in SAFe Agile transformations Advanced knowledge of Agile Management tools like JIRA, Rally etc Strong working knowledge of process re-engineering and its interoperability Well-developed technical documentation, program management and facilitation skills Excellent communication, negotiation and prioritization skills; Lean process design experience preferred Expert in Agile and DevOps principles, assessments and implementations Ability to motivate successful team behavior and act as a coach, mentor with servant leadership Proven track record to meet commitments, results-oriented with high ethics & integrity Autonomous with excellent initiative and organizational skills Flexibility & adaptability to changing requirements in a matrix organization Strong ability to handle multiple demands with urgency, drive and energy Experience with Agile portfolio, Lean Agile budgeting, project or portfolio management methodologies and/or certifications Experience to Architect, Solution, Design and implement enterprise-wide Agility Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Customer interaction skills Experience working in a highly matrixed organization Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

You are seen as a role model in the community. Qualification: 12+ years experience, Bachelor’s Degree. Certification: Has TOGAF 9 and has IAF level 1 and is seeking level 2. Should be master in Functional Architecture Design. Should have experience in Business Knowledge, Integration & Orchestration, Technical Solution Design, Risk & Quality Management.
