Responsibilities
Consult with internal CWT Teams to document business requirements.
Configure Concur OBT Tool to execute client set-up and CWT products.
Work with clients during implementation, offering support and solutions to identified obstacles.
Participate on a team with Implementation Project Managers and Traveler Services on client implementations.
Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years progressive relevant work experience and knowledge base on Concur.
High proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Identify obstacles and independently offer solutions.
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently
Strong attention to detail.
