Managing Delivery Architect - 6719322 - SAP OTC - SDC
Key Experience
11 years of functional/configuration experience in SAP-SD
1 full lifecycle SAP implementations
Experience in leading blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training, and Hypercare Support
EDI Interface development strongly desired
Expertise in writing functional specification documents for different types of objects (RICEFW)
Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing)
Knowledge of SD-MM integration (MM fields impacting SD)
Ability to troubleshoot system issues (i.e. ATP situations and MRP issues as they relate to OTC/SD)
Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum travel required (10 – 20%)
Nice to Have
Certifications in ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Experience with ticketing (supporting) applications like HPQC and Solution Manager
SAP Certification will be an added advantage
Soft Skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various integration points of SAP ERP applications
Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Design and validate a complex architecture and ensure its successful implementation
Identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment
Lead as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations
Lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence
Be seen as a role model in the community
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 7 years experience and Bachelor’s Degree
TOGAF 9 certification and IAF level 1, seeking level 2
Experience in foundation, People Leadership, service & delivery
Proficient in client acquisition & development and business leadership
Master in Technology Awareness & Leveraging and Innovation & Capability Growth
