Location: Milwaukee, WI

Compensation: Target of 160k -200K OTE (uncapped commission)

About us SSA is a fast-growing founder- and employee-owned scientific product and service provider, revolutionizing the scientist's experience of regulation-mandated services. We provide testing, inspection, and calibration services and also sell air filters and equipment parts to pharmaceutical, medical device, and research companies across the United States. We currently serve over 3,000 customers.

Position The head of filter sales will be expected to build the strategy to further grow our filter sales division ($3m in sales annually), including managing two salespeople and existing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced hunter and sales leader in B2B sales capable of leveraging technology to track pipeline and run broad direct outreach campaigns. This is a very unique opportunity for a hungry, talented and entrepreneurial individual to join a winning team.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s filter products, applications and benefits to educate clients

Develop and execute strategy for the full sales cycle, including:

Develop and execute strategy for prospecting new leads

Develop and execute strategy for multi‑channel outreach to our database of potential customers/partners (email drip campaigns, cold calls, LinkedIn, text, video calls, door knocking, in‑person meetings) and develop a feedback loop with management to iteratively improve the strategy

Engage in discovery calls, quoting process, and closing deals

Maintain CRM, pipeline, funnel reports

Provide ongoing customer support

Attend industry meetings, conferences and networking events to develop sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B sales

Resourceful, drive, self‑motivated, and accountable for your own results

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
