AI Solutions Engineer
to join our
Technology Team . The
AI Solutions Engineer
will design, build, and deploy AI‑driven tools that automate internal workflows, improve decision‑making, and enhance customer experience. This hands‑on role combines software development, process automation, and creative problem‑solving to deliver practical, scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with leadership and business units to identify use‑cases, prototype tools, and deliver production‑ready systems that make a measurable impact.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and deploy internal AI tools (chatbots, document analyzers, predictive models)
Integrate LLMs and APIs (OpenAI, Azure, AWS) into existing workflows
Automate manual processes across operations, compliance, and sales support
Build lightweight internal dashboards or web apps for employee use (Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI)
Manage small‑scale data pipelines and ensure data quality and security (SOC2, GLBA compliance)
Fine‑tune or adapt language models for mortgage‑specific tasks (classification, summarization, extraction)
Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and create proof‑of‑concepts
Document AI tools, training materials, and internal usage guidelines
Support the CIO in shaping the company’s AI strategy and governance framework
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in software engineering, data analysis, or automation
Proficiency in Python (pandas, requests, LangChain, FastAPI, Streamlit, Flask)
Hands‑on experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and data pipelines
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and API‑based automation
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
Self‑starter who can thrive in a small, fast‑moving environment
Experience in mortgage or financial services (Encompass, POS, CRM integrations)
Knowledge of cloud services (AWS)
Background in RPA tools, Zapier, or UiPath
Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices
