Job Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our UI Development team, Frontend React.js team, and Backend PHP/Laravel team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform to ensure it meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and user experience.

Lead and mentor a team of frontend and backend developers.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Technical Profile
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Extensive experience with backend technologies including PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Desired Candidate Profile
