Responsibilities

Responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.

Lead either a large project or a definable segment of a very large and complex project.

Oversee various streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction.

Responsible for translation of client’s complex business requirements into formal agreements; establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results.

Work with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently work with, and lead others, in initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution.

Responsible for a wide range of process activities, including request for proposal, development, and final delivery.

Basic Qualifications

This position requires a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus at least 7 years of progressively-responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or related IT position.

Professional experience with: overseeing project operations including project planning, organizing, staffing, forecasting, and project financial management.

Experience overseeing all aspects of system implementation, including requirements gathering, future state solution design, development of objects related to their process scope, and testing and post-implementation support.

Experience performing gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development of project planning.

Experience performing full life cycle project implementations.

Experience guiding a team of resources, including consultants or vendors.

Experience with project management tools, including MS Project or Clarity.

Experience providing guidance to internal or external stakeholders.
