Temporary Product Line Manager , you’ll help bring that vision to life. This part-time role exists to support our Product team during an upcoming planned leave, and we’re seeking someone who can step confidently into seasonal line building, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with quality and care. You’ll work closely with the Senior Director of Product to guide seasonal architecture, maintain PLM integrity, and keep our global assortment aligned with the Royal Robbins ethos throughout the season. WHAT YOU WILL DO Product Process and Seasonal Flow
Oversee planning and implementation of merchandising strategies for the global assortment
Guide communication of current and future product line information from pre-season through finalization
Build and maintain all data and communication for the seasonal sales sample order
Support creation of the seasonal workbook and sales tools in partnership with Marketing and Sales
Track workflow across the season and partner closely with cross-functional teams to uphold brand integrity and meet deadlines
Own global product communication and updates throughout the season
Data and Insights
Lead seasonal and category analysis using forecasts and historical sales to identify opportunities
Monitor consumer insights, market shifts, and competitive landscape to ensure design and pricing relevance
Manage product information in the PLM system from initial creation through product lifecycle, ensuring timely accuracy
Seasonal Line Building and Merchandising
Provide clear seasonal product vision by building line architecture and developing detailed product briefs
Assist in curation and editing of Men’s and Women’s product lines
Participate in fittings and provide support to the Head of Product
Support the Senior Director of Product on key meetings and special product initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING
4+ years of related professional experience within the apparel industry
Strong working knowledge of PLM systems
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and comfort in analyzing seasonal and historical data
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Clear and effective communication skills; ability to influence, clarify, and reduce unnecessary churn
Strong problem-solving abilities and an organized, efficient working style
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain transparency with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in apparel, operations, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred (but not required)
A passion for the outdoors, travel, or adventure
Strong eye for both Men’s and Women’s product aesthetics
