Account Manager – Key Accounts
, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships — sustaining partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value. This is not just an account management role - it’s your chance to become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies, helping them evolve with the power of AI and automation. In this role, you’ll: Build deep, trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success. Understand business drivers and translate them into creative, data-driven solutions. Lead and grow strategic accounts, identifying new opportunities and driving a strong business pipeline. Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, product managers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Proactively resolve challenges, turning feedback into innovation and stronger partnerships. What success looks like... Building trusted relationships that lead to new projects, renewals, and long-term partnerships. Driving continuous improvement by evolving how we engage, deliver, and innovate with clients - across resource management, renewals, pipeline, and other key areas - leveraging feedback to optimize results. What you bring… 3+ years of experience in Account Management, ideally in telecom or technology. A proven ability to build and grow client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
