Your Role As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high‑impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their end‑to‑end supply chain planning capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record from a top‑tier management consulting firm, with deep expertise in supply chain strategy and transformation. The candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative, data‑driven solutions across key planning domains including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, and digital supply chain transformation. In addition to a proven track record within a leading Supply Chain Strategy practice, the ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in process analysis and design, establishing leading practices, and driving business and technology transformations. The candidate will demonstrate strong capabilities in cost reduction strategies, supply chain and logistics process improvement, and performance management through KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery
Lead end‑to‑end supply chain planning transformation projects, from strategy through implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Design planning processes and technology solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder).
Thought Leadership & Strategy
Develop and present strategic roadmaps for supply chain planning maturity.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients on best practices and innovations.
Manage cross‑functional consulting teams, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes continuous learning.
Business Development
Support go‑to‑market initiatives, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to account growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role.
Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases.
Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or relevant Master’s preferred).
Travel is required per 50‑75% dependent on client need.
Preferred Skills
Experience with digital supply chain transformation and advanced analytics.
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in supply chain planning.
Global project experience and ability to work across cultures and geographies.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
