Connecticut, USA $101,300.00 - $151,925.00 Full-Time The Information Services Consultant 3 - Digital Collections and Preservation will: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support of existing and new digital collection and preservation systems, including supporting technologies such as ingest, digitization, storage, integrations and associated media delivery systems Manage digital collection ingest processes, queues, and integrations with related external systems Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, the LIT Software Engineering and DevOps teams, as well as Yale central ITS, on development, deployment, maintenance and upgrades to ensure that systems are resilient, stable, secure, supported, and current. Develop and maintain technical and workflow documentation for the digital repository and IT components of preservation infrastructure Maintain a broad and detailed mastery of the services and internal operations of the units served, ensuring seamless integration and support
