You will join the Insights organization—a product area responsible for helping customers understand their conversational data through intuitive visualizations, intent discovery, agent behavior analysis, and voice-of-customer insights. This team builds mission-critical surfaces that directly influence how customers improve their AI agents.
What You Will Do
Lead architecture and technical direction for a new insights platform used by CX and product teams.
Build foundational product experiences that help users understand customer intent patterns, sentiment trends, and agent behavior.
Define workflows, visualizations, and analytical surfaces that guide teams toward writing better AOPs and improving agent quality.
Drive rapid iteration by prototyping quickly, validating assumptions, and incorporating real customer feedback.
Own multi-quarter initiatives to establish and scale a new product area from 0→1.
Mentor engineers, define engineering standards, and contribute to shaping team culture.
Partner closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Agent Engineering to influence roadmap and long-term insights strategy.
Ideal Background
8+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful technical leadership.
Strong track record of building
0→1 products
or leading new product areas.
Excellent ability to convert ambiguous product concepts into clear technical plans and shipped features.
Proficiency in
TypeScript or Python ; comfortable working full-stack when needed.
Strong product intuition and experience building user-facing features with actionable insights.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to iterate quickly and validate product direction.
Experience designing scalable, efficient data models across relational and analytical databases.
Preferred
Experience building analytics products, insight-generation tools, or conversation intelligence surfaces.
Exposure to agent-driven or LLM-enabled systems.
Experience influencing engineering culture and best practices across multiple teams.
Deep experience with high-availability systems, streaming architectures, or data infrastructure.
