Locum CRNA – 3–6 Month Assignment | Full-Scope OR & OB Anesthesia | Central MA | 10–12 Hr Shifts & In-House Call Shifts : 10-hour shifts or 12-hour shifts
Call : 7PM-7AM during the week (30% call back) and 7AM-7AM on the weekends (80% call back). CRNAs take weekday call approximately once a month and twice a year on weekends. OB CRNA call is in-house (24 hours).

No trauma, there is always 1 MD2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day. 19 ORS plus endo, cardiac and OB. 15,000 OR cases annually. In addition, approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac case including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE.
Credentialing Timeframe : 60 - 90 days
Special Requirements : None
EMR : TBD
Supervision Model : Care Team Model: Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised.

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum Anesthesiologist to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted Massachusetts license.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required.
Flexible schedule with locum contract options
Travel Expenses Paid (Flights & Vehicle Rental)
