Vice President, Group Treasurer (180002S1)

As a member of the Company’s finance leadership team, the Group Treasurer will partner with the CFO and finance leadership team to successfully execute the Company’s finance responsibilities while also leading the Company’s treasury function.

Responsibilities

Lead capital structure planning and analysis, evaluating opportunities in debt and equity capital markets.

Evaluate, recommend, and execute funding and investment strategies, including intercompany funding, and manage all bank borrowing lines and credit facilities.

Manage cash, set related policies, and improve cash forecasting to maximize daily and monthly cash flow while minimizing funding requirements.

Develop, implement, and monitor working capital strategies that minimize capital usage or provide appropriate compensation.

Ensure process controls and discipline in treasury operations, including system adequacy and accurate, timely reporting.

Oversee financial risk management activities, including interest rate and foreign exchange risks using hedging techniques.

Maintain relationships with commercial and investment banks and other service providers.

Collaborate effectively with other functions to achieve functional objectives.

Qualifications

At least fifteen years of finance experience, with ten years in a treasury leadership role within a large global company or banking industry.

Expertise in capital markets, financial risk management, and operational finance.

Proven track record of leading financing activities for a global multi‑billion dollar company.

Effective change agent with strategic financial leadership in liquidity, foreign currency, working capital, credit and collections, cash pooling, and capital structure planning.

Leadership skills globally: ability to attract, develop talent, manage performance, and develop teams.

Solid executive presence and relationship cultivation skills internally and externally.

Effective communication skills, including ability to listen and articulate complex concepts to different audiences.

Sense of urgency and initiative to set aggressive business goals and drive results.

Ability to travel 10‑20% of time.

Experience Level: More than 10 years.
