Manager Respiratory Services

* Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred, Graduate of a CoARC accredited program in respiratory care.* Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Illinois.* Active RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist) from the National Board for Respiratory Care.* Basic Life Support Certification through AHA. PALS and NRP within the first year of employment.* Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) credential by the NBRC within one year of hire.* Possesses a broad knowledge of issues, trends, practices, and systems related to pediatric health care delivery acquired through a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in neonatal and/or pediatric critical care.* Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, ability to work with a team; excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a collaborative and facilitative style.At Lurie Children’s, we are committed to competitive and fair compensation aligned with market rates and internal equity, reflecting individual contributions, experience, and expertise.
