Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist
to support mission-critical aerospace programs. This role involves configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting
Siemens Teamcenter PLM
solutions within
Aftermarkets and MRO
environments.
The specialist will collaborate with
engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and digital technology
teams to ensure efficient data management, optimized product lifecycle processes, and compliance with
aerospace industry and defense security regulations.
Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and support Siemens Teamcenter PLM applications.
Ensure effective PLM-CAD-ERP integration (preferably NX/SAP).
Support Aftermarkets, MRO, and supply chain workflows.
Maintain data security, BOM management, and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process efficiency and compliance.
Required Experience
5+ years
of experience in Teamcenter PLM administration, configuration, and support.
Hands-on experience in
aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
PLM environments.
Strong understanding of
PLM-CAD-ERP
integration.
Experience with
Aftermarkets, MRO, and supply chain
processes.
Strong
analytical, troubleshooting, and communication
skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Pelico
(supply chain analytics),
Solumina/iBaseT
(MRO execution), and
AI/ML
integration in PLM workflows.
Background with
Pratt & Whitney
or
Collins Aerospace
programs.
Understanding of
Digital Twin
and
Industry 4.0
implementations.
Experience in
vendor rationalization
and
application standardization
initiatives.
Education Bachelor’s degree
in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
