The Director of Enterprise Applications plays a critical leadership role within this group, reporting directly to the Platform IT Director, and partnering closely with executive leadership, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Business Unit Leaders.This role will oversee two major teams: The Director of Enterprise Applications will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of all enterprise business systems, including ERP, WMS, Microsoft 365, Service platforms, operational platforms, and supporting integrations. You will be responsible for modernizing and unifying the application landscape, aligning business processes across subsidiaries, and ensuring our systems scale with growth. This role combines strategic leadership, program oversight, architectural alignment, and strong people leadership.Partner with executives and business leaders to define requirements, governance models, and transformation priorities. Work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, and subsidiary leadership to define business requirements and support continuous improvement. Education & Experience 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, ERP leadership, or IT transformation roles. 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, multi-entity environment. Technical Knowledge Familiarity with ERP, PLM, WMS, eCommerce, and operational systems used in manufacturing or distribution are a plus.Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration, etc.). Knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery models, and application portfolio management. Leadership & Soft Skills Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities with experience building high-performing teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and the ability to deliver results in a matrixed organization.
