$60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation. The Associate Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible for supporting human resources initiatives in partnership with Zinpro HR and Production leadership. This position is accountable to support a broad continuum of Human Resources accountabilities including but not limited to positive employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, responding to HR related inquiries and special projects. The Associate HR Business Partner assists in the implementation of Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems. This role is hybrid; based in Zinpro’s Corporate Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN and is required to spend 25% of their time in North Branch, MN. Essential Functions

North Branch HR Support Leads recruiting efforts for the North Branch, MN plant including reviewing applications, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and partnering with local leadership on hiring decisions Provides a variety of HR support as primary point of contact to North Branch managers and employees to drive employee engagement, performance, development, and achievement of business objectives Lead execution of annual HR processes among client groups, such as performance management, succession planning, development planning, compensation adjustments, and bonus distribution Monitors onboarding plans, coordinates preparation activity for new employees, and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Works with local community partners to enhance the Zinpro brand in the North Branch area and cultivate ongoing talent pipelines HR Administrative Support Supports the administration of Human Resources-related systems and processes, including those related to compensation, performance management, payroll, data quality, succession planning, employee engagement, employee onboarding, employee relations Partners with Payroll and Benefits teams to drive successful execution of HR Programs and processes, and assists with physical and digital file management, HR data integrity audits, reporting, and related functions Leverage understanding of HR disciplines to provide backup and collaboration to other members of the HR and Payroll teams Assists HR Business Partners with interview coordination and scheduling Assists with onboarding pre-hire requirement process as needed Collaborates with HR team on special project initiatives that span multiple HR disciplines, including participation in design, implementation, and support Supports the implementation of new HR tools, systems, and technologies Monitors HR data and trends to provide new insights to drive organizational impact Supporting audits and maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. December 2025 graduates encouraged to apply Experience in Human Resources roles, supporting recruiting activities in a Talent Acquisition or HR Assistant position Demonstrated track record of successfully translating HR best practice knowledge into organizational impact into multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition, total rewards, diversity, and employee engagement Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles to communicate with employees from diverse backgrounds, functional areas, and levels of the organization. This also includes the ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings Proficiency utilizing a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred: 2 plus years’ experience in Human Resources roles, including recruiting activities in a Talent Acquisition or HR Assistant position Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment Work Environment and Physical Requirements This position’s primary job responsibilities will be performed in an office setting with work environment characteristics consistent with a standard office environment. Positions in this class typicallyrequiretyping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. This position will primarily perform sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. The position will be regularly required to stand, walk, and scale stairs; it may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. This position will occasionally be required to travel independently on company business. This travel requires a driver's license and ability to independently operate a motor vehicle. Schedule Requirements This position is expected to work within core business hours and occasionally requires participation in after-hours work with stakeholders. Also requires 25% of work time to be spent at the North Branch, MN plant. Travel Requirements This position is also expected to engage in company-sponsored travel up to approximately 10% of the time. Travel will consist primarily of visits to other domestic Zinpro locations.
