Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced

Senior Product Manager

to work on our

FDS

Data Services & Agentic AI

offerings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management ("minimum 12 years in Product Management role, NOT just project or program management"), be an excellent communicator, understanding of market & basic business perspectives, smart in stakeholder management skills. He/She is expected have prior experience of working with Data Analytics & AI/ML products, enterprise software, and cloud services.

Define and execute product strategy for Data Strategy (Data Lake, Data Catalog, Data Governance & Data Access) and AI-powered workflow automation services

Create and build product roadmap aligned with business objectives

Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Drive product decisions through data-driven insights

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience

Experience with Data Analytics, building AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automation

Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS)

Strong understanding of Data storage, Data Governance, Data Semantics and access services

Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle

Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architecture

Excellent communication and leadership skills

The pay range for this position is 129,600 - 233,300 annually with a target incentive of 5-10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
