Compensation:
$270K–$280K base salary with total earning potential up to $350K
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

About the Opportunity MASC Medical is partnering with
a Primary Care Office , a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in
Boynton Beach, FL , to recruit a
Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) . This is a full-time, long‑term opportunity to join a patient-centered team dedicated to providing exceptional care for an exclusively Medicare population.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population.
Manage approximately
20 patients per day .
Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Participate in minimal phone‑based call rotation (1 in 3).
Qualifications
MD or DO,
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine .
Minimum of
2 years of primary care experience
(geriatrics experience preferred).
Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$270K–$280K (DOE)
Bonus:
Productivity-based, total compensation potential
up to $350K
