Our PACT-Y team provides intensive, wraparound support for youth and young adults with serious mental health challenges, ensuring care is youth-guided, family-driven, and trauma-informed.
Role Overview
As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse on our PACT-Y team, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness for youth in home and community settings. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including clinicians, vocational specialists, and peer mentors—to deliver integrated care that supports recovery and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medication administration (oral and IM), monitoring, and education.
Conduct health assessments and monitor for side effects or contraindications.
Coordinate medical care with primary care and specialty providers.
Support youth and families in developing healthy lifestyle habits.
Participate in daily team meetings and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with DMH and agency standards.
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN license (unencumbered).
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (psychiatric or youth-focused preferred).
CPR certification required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, community-based setting.
Willingness to work occasional weekends and respond to urgent needs.
