Serve as Doctor of Chiropractic and Clinic Director: Lead all aspects of the Renton facility — patient care, operations, team culture, community outreach. Shape the business : Help design systems, workflow, and the patient experience that align with your belief in truly patient‑centered care. Be a community builder: Foster relationships with local partners, develop outreach programs, and grow our presence in the Renton area. Mentor and grow a team: Hire, develop, and nurture staff. Your leadership will set the tone for our culture. Drive performance: Metrics matter — you’ll define and measure success, with the support and reward structure to match. Earn potentially up to $ 110,000 annually
with additional incentives like performance based bonuses available to the right candidate Who You Are
