Our appointment slots can be extended, and there’s no pressure to see more than you’re comfortable with. Not into surgery? No problem. Want to explore new services like acupuncture? Let’s chat! Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary of $100k – $120k (DOE) with 20% production (no negative accrual)
Sign‑on bonus – $10k
Relocation assistance – $2000
4‑Day work week with rotating Saturdays
Monthly Medical Stipend (up to $500/month!)
3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
401k with 3% match
$2500 CE allowance & 5 days CE time off
Opportunity to expand into equine medicine if desired
Dues licensing fees covered
Dedicated lunch hour everyday
No on‑call or overnight shifts
Uniform allowance
