Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide family-centered care and ensure optimal outcomes for our smallest patients. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of newborns, including those with complex medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and family participation. Provide continuous monitoring and management of neonates in the NICU, addressing acute and chronic medical issues. Collaborate with pediatricians, surgeons, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for newborns. Educate parents and families about their infant s condition, treatment options, and care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Engage in professional development and research opportunities to advance skills and knowledge in neonatology. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in family interactions. A dedication to continuous learning and improving neonatal care.
