Urogynecology in Indiana 2 hours to Indianapolis 3 hours to Chicago, Columbus & Cincinnati 100 miles to Indianapolis, South Bend & Toledo Med School, FM & OBGYN Residency & Fellowship Programs Board Eligible/ Board Certified Urogynecologist who has completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery to join 2 Physicians and 1 APP. Office Hours: 8am 5pm Private Practice Urogynecology Time divided between clinic and the operating room 1-2 days a week surgery, 2-3 days a week clinic Large referral base of >1,000,000 patients provides a wide variety of simple and complex urogynecology Office referrals are urogynecology focused Call Schedule: Shared call between 3 providers. No OB call; No general GYN call All phone calls are triaged through nurse answering service, making call light & manageable Teaching Opportunities New OBGYN residency began in 2024, if interested, ample opportunity for involvement With the new residency, research opportunities will be available if interested.
