Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs. Physicians typically work a 4-day workweek plus 1 Saturday per month. Primarily outpatient practice; physicians have hospital privileges and round on patients daily. Rounding and call schedule to ensure work/life balance. Hospital Call is 1:8, plus back-up call for clinic is rotated. Extended hour walk-in clinic covered by 3 Advanced Practice Providers. Average 18-20 patients on a full day in clinic. Office hours are based on physician preferences. Can start clinic as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 7 p.m. Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75 th percentile.
