Seeking one Physician for full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient, musculoskeletal, spine care, EMG, and US guided injections. Clinic is housed in the Neuroscience building on the Hospital campus. Inpatient Rehab unit is a 24 bed CARF Accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit which opened in 2017. Work in a system with Spine Navigator, specialized nursing support, and established working relationships already in place with multidisciplinary teams. Group is made up of 5 physicians and 2 APPs.
