Emergency Medicine Physician Northeast Oregon Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join their team Salary: $405,000+ includes quality incentives up to $50k, RVU bonus based on annual threshold (their providers are on pace to achieve the threshold) Join five full-time physicians, and two full-time Nurse Practitioners in their Level IV Trauma Center 71 twenty-four-hour shifts per year (.81 FTE) Roughly six 24-hour shifts per month NP/PA support during peak hours (10a-10p) Patient volume: Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift About 13,000 visits annually Population: 35,000 Rural area offering a healthy work/life balance A robust benefits package is offered, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a health equity account, life insurance, retirement plans, student loan repayment assistance, 401K match, paid malpractice coverage, and more Located approximately two hours from Pasco, WA and 4 hours from Portland, OR Pendleton Airport, located 45 minutes away, offers daily flights to Portland.
