An opportunity for a construction leader to step into a high-impact, high-visibility Director of Construction role with one of the most forward-thinking, design-led real estate platforms in the country. With a growing footprint across urban, retail, and mixed-use environments, this nationally recognized owner, operator, and developer is known for delivering places that prioritize quality, creativity, and long-term community value.

You’ll oversee some of the most exciting commercial and mixed-use projects underway, shaping strategy, influencing execution, and ensuring standards of excellence across the full development lifecycle. From conceptual design through construction handover, you’ll collaborate with best-in-class leasing, design, development, and operations teams to deliver projects that truly stand out.

Reporting into executive leadership and supported by internal project managers, this role requires approximately 30% travel to key markets to ensure alignment, execution, and quality on the ground.
