Job DescriptionJob Description The Site Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and administrative management of a healthcare clinic or facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care and efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards. The Site Manager acts as a liaison between staff, providers, and executive leadership to support optimal patient outcomes and a positive work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and improve day-to-day clinic operations to ensure workflow and high patient satisfaction, including staffing, scheduling, and supplies. Evaluate team performance and support ongoing development, training, and coaching. Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Collaborate with medical providers to align clinical and administrative operations in support of practice goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable state/federal healthcare laws. Monitor and manage site budget, expenses, and revenue; identify opportunities for cost containment and operational efficiencies. Oversee front desk, billing, and scheduling functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient services. Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices for patient care delivery and operational effectiveness. Serve as a point of escalation for patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by the organization and regulatory agencies. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards. Prepare reports on performance metrics, staffing, and operational issues for senior leadership. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to site growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts. Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to assess compliance, performance, and morale. Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field , but not required. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a multi-provider or multi-specialty clinical setting. Proven experience in team leadership, process improvement, and financial management. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare billing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. Work Environment, Travel and Physical Demands: Primarily office-based within a multi-clinical setting. The role will require regular travel to Colleyville and Fort Worth sites and corporate meetings.
