Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist I – Floater to support our client’s team in Waldorf, MD. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.
Job Summary:
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and confident in their phlebotomy skills. You will provide high-quality patient care across various PSC and IOP locations and ensure proper specimen collection and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 40–50 blood draws per day across all age groups (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
- Float between multiple PSC/IOP locations based on staffing needs.
- Provide professional, patient-focused service in busy clinical settings.
- Maintain specimen integrity and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
- Work both independently and as part of on-site teams.
- Stand for the majority of the shift.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Information:
- Location: Waldorf, MD
- Job Type: 13-week contract
- Pay Range: $18 - $21 hourly
- Shifts: Variable shift, Mon–Fri 6:00am – 6:00pm
