ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a
MarketingSpecialist
to serve as the
primary administrator and architect
of our HubSpot platform. In this role, you’ll own the build, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs—ensuring seamless workflows, clean data, and scalable automation. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize HubSpot’s capabilities and integrate it with Orion180’s proprietary systems and tech stack. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on process improvement, loves data integrity, and enjoys turning business needs into smart HubSpot solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own HubSpot Administration:
Manage user permissions, custom properties, pipelines, workflows, sequences, and integrations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. System Optimization:
Build and maintain automation workflows, email templates, forms, lists, lead scoring rules, and lifecycle stages. Integration Management:
Oversee data syncing and API integrations between HubSpot and other business tools (CRM, website, analytics, and reporting systems). Reporting & Dashboards:
Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards that offer practical knowledge regarding lead performance, campaign attribution, and ROI. Data Hygiene & Governance:
Develop and enforce data standards, deduplication routines, and property management for accurate segmentation and reporting. Process Documentation:
Maintain clear documentation on workflows, data structures, and platform configurations to ensure scalability and team training. Platform Expansion:
Evaluate new HubSpot features, beta programs, and integrations that can enhance marketing, sales, and service performance. Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT to align HubSpot functionality with business processes and growth initiatives. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. HubSpot certifications (Admin, Operations, or Marketing Software) strongly preferred. Experience
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (multi-hub environment preferred). Proven ability to architect workflows, lead scoring, and automation logic within HubSpot. Experience integrating HubSpot with CRMs, analytics, or ERP systems via native connectors or APIs. Strong understanding of data management, list segmentation, and reporting. Technical Skills
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and template customization. Understanding of SQL, APIs, or basic data modeling is a plus. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Zapier, and Looker/Tableau is a plus. Soft Skills
