Locum CRNA Needed Near Lake Champlain in Vermont Duration : 3-6 months, ongoing, starting February 2nd, 2026.
Shifts : 7am - 3pm, late room is 7am - 5pm
Call : Approximately 1 night per week, call response time is 30 minutes
Job Type : Locum/Contract
Case Types : Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN (C-Sections and VBACs. ~380 deliveries in a year), Peds, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics - Level 3 Trauma Center.
Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days, but temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and unrestricted license
Special Requirements : Vermont DEA is required, ACLS must be AHA. Applications cannot be started without an active VT license. Must have case logs with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
EMR : MedAxion
Supervision Model : 60% medical supervision
Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the
National Board onCertification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted Vermont license. Application cannot be started without an active VT license.
Minimum of
1-3 years of experience
as a CRNA, with proficiency in OB/GYN, peds, plastics, endo and general.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesiology management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications are required.
