Job Description - Principal Business Systems Analyst - Program Executive (052907) Principal Business Systems Analyst - Program Executive Digital Wallet Program Executive responsible for Product Management of Mobile Wallets portfolio (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, Microsoft Wallet) and leads initiatives to enhance the digital wallet payment experience. The candidate will manage the third party relationships with each wallet provider and the relationships with the Networks( Visa/MasterCard/Amex) to keep the wallets running properly. This role will also manage any new project as it relates the one of the digital wallets or as new wallets are onboarded.

Responsibilities

Proven track record of sales and management of over 30 million per year

Loyalty program management

Participate in the Product Strategy and Roadmap

Manage and Lead new projects for Digital Wallets

Develop Business Cases and Project Charters

Define Business Requirements and drive business decisions

Document and manage risks, mitigations, and control plans

Manage Network and Wallet Provider relationships

Serve as subject matter expert and approver for all Customer Experience, Marketing, and Associate Readiness activities and deliverables

Adhere to leading project management principals (meeting facilitation, status reporting, issue management, etc.) with Product, Technology, Operations, etc. to understand desired outcomes and then translate those into winning digital payment products and experiences

Key focus areas include: Business and IT Value Strategy; Technology Innovation and Eco-systems; Operating Model; Enterprise Architecture Strategy

Professional Skill Requirements

Experience in one or more of the following required: demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and management skills

Passion for excellence and delivering business value. SME in a particular business vertical is a plus

Experience leading or managing small teams effectively and planning/structuring analytical work

Broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., Business, Computer Science or Information Systems) from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Minimum ten – fifteen years in IT roles spanning strategy, architecture (business, data, digital, information systems, infrastructure) and/or delivery functions driving digital transformation and data strategy leveraging emerging technologies and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google)

Minimum ten years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation recommendations

Ability to lead the planning, organizing and facilitation of executive-level strategic or IT planning workshops and ability to orchestrate emerging technologies to client services and solutions

Excellent interpersonal skills especially in areas of teamwork, facilitation, influence, and negotiation

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Required Skills and Experience:

You have an active role in your relevant community. You leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings.

You are recognized as a thought leader in either one or more business domains, one or more ERP solutions, or one or more technical tools/ languages.

Qualification: 15+ years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree

Certification: If possible has or is seeking BA level 3/4

Should be master in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Functional Architecture Design

Should have experience in Business Change Management, Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting

Should be proficient in Software Engineering & Architecture Knowledge

Should have progressing knowledge in Testing
