We are seeking a skilled prosthodontist to join our client's implant center. The prosthodontist would focus on the restorative part of the Full Arch procedures. This is a very reputable implant center. They are averaging 4.9 stars out of hundreds of reviews.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide prosthodontic services, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants.
Conduct oral surgeries as needed, including dental extractions and root canal therapy.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists to deliver optimal patient care.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-operative care.
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in all procedures.
Stay updated on advancements in prosthodontics and related fields through continuous education.
Skills
Proficient in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy knowledge.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus; ability to work effectively with children is essential.
Knowledge of endodontics and general dentistry practices.
Ability to perform medical imaging procedures as part of patient assessments.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on comfort and satisfaction.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
Familiarity with dental fabrication processes for creating custom prosthetics.
