Corgi Insurance, Chicago, Illinois, United States, 60290
About Corgi
Corgi is building the first fully AI-driven insurance and financial infrastructure company. We operate and launch innovative U.S.-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and are expanding globally to build a 24-hour operating model across time zones.
Role Overview We are hiring a
Head of ETF Operations (U.S. Products)
to build and run our ETF operations centre in Atlanta.
This person will own the
end-to-end operational workflow
for all Corgi U.S.-listed ETFs and build out the local team that supports fund operations, trading, capital markets, and technology integration.
You will:
Oversee daily ETF operations for multiple U.S.-listed funds (cash management, reconciliations, trade flow, NAV validation, creation/redemption).
Coordinate across custodians, fund administrators, transfer agents, distributors, authorized participants (APs), and market makers.
Lead operational readiness for new ETF launches—index setup, basket processes, creation/redemption testing, and exchange coordination.
Build and manage an in-person operations team in Atlanta.
Design and optimize workflows across time zones to create a “follow-the-sun” operations model.
Implement internal systems for data feeds, compliance checks, trade settlements, and reporting automation.
Collaborate with engineering to scale automation across fund operations.
Qualifications
8+ years in ETF operations, fund accounting, or capital markets at an ETF issuer, administrator, or custodian.
Strong understanding of
U.S. ETF mechanics —authorized participants, creation/redemption baskets, NAV calculation, and SEC/FINRA processes.
Experience coordinating across multiple service providers and exchanges.
Highly organized and process-driven; capable of building a new function from scratch.
Willing and able to work
fully in-person
in our Atlanta office.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation, equity participation, and relocation support if needed.
Direct ownership of operational strategy, hiring, and execution.
Work closely with Corgi’s founders and U.S. capital-markets team.
Join a fast-moving startup defining the future of automated ETF infrastructure.
