Overview
Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions | Contract Duration : 3-6 months, ongoing, starting December 24th, 2025. Shifts : 7:30am-3:30pm Call : 3:30pm-7:30am, 3 weeknights per month with potential opportunity for more in start-up phase. Primary call - in house, secondary call - 30 minutes Job Type : Locum/Contract Case Types : High-Acuity cases - mostly general, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, cancer and liver. Also some vascular, ENT, radiology with anesthesia, cosmetics, podiatry, pulmonary, very light cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vascular). Endo is mainly at the surgery center. This site is doing close to 2100 cases per year. Blocks: bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor, popliteal & TAPS. Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days, temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history and unrestricted license. Special Requirements : Case logs for past 12 months with proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks (volume of 350+ cases); MD reference required, and provider must enroll in Indiana PCF. ACLS, BLS and PALS must be American Heart Association. EMR : Medaxion Supervision Model : MDs onsite but CRNAs work independently. Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, ortho, epidurals, high-risk OB and blocks. Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are required.
