Working Situation Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Role The Senior Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing process of the law firm. You will be tasked with reviewing and processing invoices, tracking time and expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring that all billing procedures are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities
Reviewing and processing invoices from attorneys and outside vendors
Managing time entries and edits, adjustments, write-downs, etc.
Ensuring all billable time and expenses are accurately recorded and billed to clients
Preparing and distributing detailed billing reports to attorneys and clients
Electronic invoicing
Requirements
MUST have prior/current law firm/legal billing experience.
Knowledge of legal billing software such as Elite, 3E or Aderant
Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the legal billing process, from time entry review to collection efforts.
Compensation $90-105k+ depending on experience
