Locum CRNA – 4-Day Workweek | Light Call | SE Wisconsin Contract
Duration : 3 to 6 Month Contracts Available with Option to Extend
Shifts : Monday - Thursday, 8s or 10s Available
Call : Beeper Call, Rotation is 1:4. Needs in Call Rotation: Nights and Weekends. No Post Call. Call Response Time: 15 minutes.
Case Types : MAC, General, Elective, Intubation, and IV placement. Candidates can expect some Neuro, OB and Pediatric cases. No Cardiac.
Special Requirements : Must be comfortable with Drager Anesthesia Machine and Omnicell Medication Dispensing System
Job Summary : Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Locum CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthetic care across a variety of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and a patient-centered approach to care. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a locum arrangement while being part of a collaborative and respected medical team.
Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Wisconsin.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in administering general anesthesia, performing intubations, and establishing IV placements.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Must be comfortable with Drager Anesthesia Machine and Omnicell Medication Dispensing System.
Must be able to join call rotation (Beeper call, nights and weekends, 15 minute response time).
Flexible schedule with locum contract options.
Weekly pay – always on time.
Malpractice insurance coverage provided.
All travel expenses paid (flights, rental car).
Logistics coordinated by Access team.
