Partner Manager – Global Partner Portfolio Partner Portfolio Manager position to support the partner portfolio in conjunction with the Global Partner Portfolio Executive. Position and define partner’s value proposition across Capgemini Group. Provide a single point of contact and conduit for engaging with the Partner. Drive Partner centric sales by aligning with GBL, ABL, MU’s and Sector leader with focus on relevant offers and initiatives.

Responsibilities Manage the daily activities of maintaining and further develop partner relationships

Coordinate recurring partner governance and pipeline calls

Organize joint planning/mapping sessions between Capgemini teams and Partner

Work with Offshore team to maintain content on internal team sites and KM

Assist in the development of Partner collateral

Work with relevant team members (internal & partner) to register pursuits within partner portals

Position resale of partner solutions

Initiate and manage initiatives and go to market activities

Align with SBU, GBL, ABL, Sector and MU leaders to support partner objectives and initiatives

Support applicable Global initiatives

Expense Management

Support and promote training plans and initiatives

Work with Global Partner Executive to build GTM initiatives

Align with marketing to maintain and develop partner collateral

Submit weekly status report of current and planned activities

Key Measurements Partner Portfolio KPI’s

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

This is an operational role that will effectively partner with colleagues and client leadership to build credibility for specific functional area to identify, assess and discuss strategic business issues, implications of the issues and potential solutions. Will also manage project and assignment statuses and relationships by identifying issues and developing mitigation strategies. Accountable for leading effective meetings with senior executives, reaffirming client expectations, managing scope and effectively managing risk by allocating appropriate resources and funds and ensuring milestone achievement.
