Seattle multifamily market , is seeking a
Construction Project Manager
to lead upcoming ground-up and renovation projects in the area. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a reputable builder that values quality, collaboration, and long-term growth. As the recruiting partner on this search, we’re looking for candidates who have hands-on experience managing
multifamily projects
from preconstruction through turnover and are confident running day-to-day operations across teams, subs, and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle multifamily construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M+ Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and design professionals Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance Lead jobsite coordination with Superintendents and field staff Track project milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Ensure compliance with city permitting, safety standards, and local codes Requirements: 5+ years of experience in construction project management Proven track record managing multifamily projects (e.g., podium, mid-rise, garden-style) Strong understanding of the Seattle construction environment and permitting process Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred What’s in it for You: Join a respected, financially stable builder with a robust pipeline in the Seattle area Competitive base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits Collaborative team culture with a focus on career development Opportunity to work on high-visibility multifamily projects that shape the local landscape Seniority level
