Full coverage: 5 days/week (M F), could include weekend call
At least 1 week/month up to full-time coverage
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Shift Description
Hours: 8 AM 5 PM, Monday Friday
Weekend call: 24-hour call
Weekday call shared with employed providers

Ratio: 1:2
Average per 24 hours: Phone consults (2), Patients seen (1), Admissions (1)
Call consists of RN questions, chemo patient inquiries, minimal ED consults

Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible
BLS required
Must supervise APP

Practice Setting
Stroke-certified facility
18-bed chemo suite
Avg patients per day: 17
Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP
Dedicated pharmacists for chemo education
Radiation oncology under same roof
COC-accredited Cancer Center
Weekly tumor boards
Clinical trials (Phase 2 & 3)
Facility trauma level: 4
EMR: Mosiaq + MediTech
